EventHub is a DMC agency founded by the event industry professionals and focusing on production of the full scope MICE events.
The Agency means the People who know where, when and how! Outstanding professionals of the event industry. They have been working in the area for more than a decade before joining EventHub to cooperate for creating events that are always in the Centre.
The home base of EventHub and its source of inspiration is Riga and Latvia, the hidden gem of Europe. A place where visitors appreciate art nouveau pearls, enjoy the outstanding offers in restaurants, are pampered by the wide range of culture and entertainment events that can be easily accessed from any European city with the flight lasting for maximum 3 hours. How we work
A successful event starts with understanding the needs and interests of the client.
First, defining the aim of event gives a real opportunity to meet the client’s and the audience’s expectations – whether the goal is to provide a lot of information and educational content or it is to encourage networking or to award for a great job. Clear definition of the goal allows us to come to the right concept, the idea and the content of the event.
Second, event production – finding the venue, budgeting, event design, registration management, team building, logistic, entertainment. Our team is used to take care of all these parts during biggest events in Baltics. We focus on a great client service, creativity and meticulous production in the vibrant Nordic city of Riga.
